Ukraine Resolution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Paneuropean Union \u2013 at its International Board meeting in Zagreb on 22 October 2022 \u2013 has decided upon the following points regarding the Russian war of destruction against Ukraine:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shocked by the flagrant violation of all civil and human rights by the Russian attackers<\/li>\n<li>Appalled by the direct attacks on civilian targets and, above all, children.<\/li>\n<li>As well as the destruction of critical infrastructure such as electricity, hospitals, and schools. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>a) calls on the EU to take new, effective boycott measures against the Putin regime as quickly as possible<\/li>\n<li>b) to deliver the necessary military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine requested by the government in Kyiv.<\/li>\n<li>c) defines the clear war aim: restoration of Ukraine&#8217;s territorial integrity<\/li>\n<li>d) demands the creation of the legal framework to enable Russian assets frozen in the West to be used for the reconstruction of Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>e) demands appropriate reparations from Russia to repair the damage in Ukraine, but also demands reparations for refugees, the amount of which is based on the salaries of Russian mercenaries<\/li>\n<li>f) advocates for the support of civil society in Russia that stands for democratic development and the rule of law in the country.<\/li>\n<li>g) and will work for the reintegration of a reformed Russia into the international community of states following a regime change in Moscow.<\/li>\n<li>h) calls on the international community to support the investigations and work of the International Criminal Court into war crimes, crimes against humanity, and state terrorism by the Russian government against Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>i) advocates for the recognition of the Holodomor as genocide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shocked by the flagrant violation of all civil and human rights by the military and humanitarian aid for Ukraine requested by Kyiv.<\/li>\n<li>Calls on the EU to clearly define the war aim: the restoration of Ukraine&#8217;s territorial integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Demands the swift creation of the legal framework to enable Russian assets frozen in the West to be used for the reconstruction of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>Demands reparations from Russia to repair all damage suffered in Ukraine, and also demands reparations for all refugees, with the amount based on the monthly sums paid to Russian mercenaries.<\/li>\n<li>Advocates for support for civil society in Russia that is fighting for the development of the rule of law in the country.<\/li>\n<li>Following a regime change in Moscow, we will work for the reintegration of a reformed Russia into the international community of states.<\/li>\n<li>Calls on the international community to support the work and investigations of the International Criminal Court into war crimes, crimes against humanity, and state terrorism
